We provide opportunities for our nations veterans as well as underprivileged and disabled children and adults to experience outdoor activities to enhance their lives through education, experience and direct participation in fishing, boating, shooting and camping.

HAND IN HAND OUTDOORS

Hand in Hand Outdoors’ mission is to provide outdoor experiences to those who need it most.  Our goals are to:

  • Provide a space of healing by facilitating enjoyment of the natural world.
  • Build partnerships with organizations and individuals that share this goal in order to provide maximum accessibility to those we seek to serve through: education, awareness, participation and activities.
  • Promote conservation, as children are important as future stewards of the land and waterways. Assisting them in understanding these issues allows them to be part of the solution.

AMERICAN HEROES PROJECT

Hand in Hand Outdoors’s American Heroes Project has engaged 100’s of disabled veterans in healing and therapeutic outdoor activities since its inception in 2012. The American heroes Project is devoted to serving disabled veterans exclusively.
